    • Provide individual coaching and mentoring for entry-level to executive-level employees.

    • Social Justice and Ally Training
      • Facilitate trainings, workshops, and/or discussions designed to educate individuals and organizations on strategies to work towards creating equitable access and opportunities within their spheres of influence.
      • Lead focus groups, assess needs, and develop strategies for improving allyship in individuals and within organizations.
      • Provide individual coaching and mentoring for entry-level to executive-level employees. 
      • Provide short-term and long-term individual and organizational consulting.
